I made a breakdown video of my fight with Fernando Groenhart, and a subscriber requested I do the same for Regian Eersal....So here it is. This was definitely the hardest kickboxing fight I had in my K1 career before I transitioned to MMA. There were many challenging things to tackle in this fight, the main one being his height. He was as tall as Israel Adesanya (6ft 4inches) yet somehow he was in my weight class. He was not skinny like some people believed. He was very dense and was a very heavy hitter.
