All sales are final. Student of the Fight Game does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any products or services, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped physical items as outlined below.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Student of the Fight Game operates as a specialized provider of martial arts training equipment and merchandise. Due to the nature of our business model, operational scale, and international fulfillment process, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges on physical products.
Quality Assurance
All physical products undergo quality inspection prior to shipment. Once an item has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, it cannot be restocked or resold due to:
- International shipping logistics from our China-based fulfillment center
- Customs and import regulations
- Product integrity and hygiene standards
- Cost-prohibitive return shipping expenses
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive a physical product that is:

Resolution Process:
Upon verification of a valid claim, Student of the Fight Game will, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a full refund to the original payment method, OR
- Ship a replacement item at no additional cost
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days following claim approval. Customers are not required to return defective, damaged, or incorrect items unless specifically requested by our team.
