SHIPPING POLICY

STUDENT OF THE FIGHT GAME

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays

Processing Includes:

  • Payment verification and authorization
  • Order fulfillment and quality inspection at our China-based facility
  • Packaging and preparation for international shipment
  • Handover to Next Smart logistics provider

Note: Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (promotional events, holidays), processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.

All physical products are shipped via Next Smart international logistics from our fulfillment center located in China.

  • Europe (EU countries): 7-15 business days

Important Notice: These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Local postal service efficiency
  • Weather conditions and natural disasters
  • Public holidays in origin or destination countries
  • International shipping delays or disruptions

Student of the Fight Game is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or other third-party logistics providers.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided within 24-48 hours of order shipment
  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
  • Customers can track shipments through the Next Smart tracking portal or via the carrier's website
  • Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system

SHIPPING COSTS

No Free Shipping Threshold

Student of the Fight Game does not currently offer free shipping promotions. All orders are subject to shipping charges.

Shipping Fee Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination country and region
  • Total package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping service level

Transparency: The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation. There are no hidden fees added after checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Critical Information: Customer Responsibility

Student of the Fight Game ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means:

  • You (the customer) are the importer of record
  • You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and related fees
  • These charges are imposed by your destination country's government, not by Student of the Fight Game
  • We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts

How Customs Charges Work

When your package arrives in your country:

  1. Customs officials assess the package value and contents
  2. They calculate applicable duties and taxes based on local laws
  3. The courier or postal service will contact you for payment
  4. Your package will not be delivered until these fees are paid

Typical Customs Fees May Include:

  • Import Duties: Percentage of product value (varies by country and product type)
  • Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST): Applied in many countries
  • Customs Processing Fees: Administrative charges by customs authorities
  • Brokerage Fees: Charged by shipping carriers for clearing customs on your behalf

Recent Regulatory Changes

United States Customers (Important):
As of August 29, 2025, the United States no longer provides duty-free treatment for shipments valued under $800. All imports to the US are now subject to customs duties and taxes regardless of value.

Cost Estimates

Student of the Fight Game cannot provide accurate estimates for customs fees as they vary significantly by:

  • Destination country
  • Product type and classification
  • Declared value
  • Current trade agreements and tariff schedules

We strongly recommend researching your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Refused Deliveries Due to Customs Fees

If you refuse delivery of your package due to customs charges:

  • The package will be returned to our fulfillment center (at your expense)
  • No refund will be provided as per our No Returns policy
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

DELIVERY

Delivery Attempts

  • Next Smart and local courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • Delivery notifications will be sent via email or SMS (carrier-dependent)
  • If delivery attempts fail, packages will be held at the local postal facility or depot
  • Customers must collect undelivered packages within the timeframe specified by the carrier (typically 7-14 days)
  • Uncollected packages may be returned to sender or disposed of per local regulations

Address Accuracy Requirements

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Required information:

  • Full recipient name
  • Complete street address (including apartment, unit, or building number)
  • City, state/province, and postal/ZIP code
  • Country
  • Contact phone number (for courier communication)

Student of the Fight Game is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or returns caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages refused by the recipient
  • Unavailability of recipient during delivery attempts
  • Restricted delivery locations (P.O. boxes may not be accepted for certain items)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages:
If tracking indicates a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Student of the Fight Game will:

  • Investigate with the shipping provider
  • Provide a replacement shipment or full refund at our discretion
  • Process resolution within 10-15 business days following confirmation

Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  3. Contact the local courier or postal service
  4. File a police report if theft is suspected
  5. Contact us at info@studentofthefightgame.com with police report number

Student of the Fight Game is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery confirmation. We recommend customers request signature confirmation or arrange secure delivery locations.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not refuse delivery; accept the package
  • Photograph all damage (box and contents)
  • Contact info@studentofthefightgame.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will assess and provide resolution (replacement or refund)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REGULATIONS

Restricted and Prohibited Items

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries. Student of the Fight Game will:

  • Notify customers if their order contains items restricted in their destination country
  • Offer alternatives or cancellation with full refund for affected items
  • Not be held liable for packages seized by customs due to local import restrictions

Customs Delays

Packages may experience delays during customs clearance due to:

  • Additional documentation requirements

These delays are beyond Student of the Fight Game's control. We will provide assistance in communicating with customs authorities when possible but cannot expedite customs processes.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Student of the Fight Game ships to most countries worldwide. Restrictions or service suspensions may apply to certain regions due to:

  • International sanctions or trade embargoes
  • Lack of reliable shipping infrastructure

Items We Cannot Ship Internationally
